This book is written from my personal experiences, and from a selection of letters and documents gathered or sent to me during the most trying years of my life.  It also contains relevant portions and quotes from the multitude of resources the internet has to offer.

My story is about a Californian housing development built by my ex-husband, and the attorneys and their associates who were paid vast sums of money to protect our interest but instead used deception to take over the whole development.

It took several years to plan and build it from acres of raw land littered with junk and turn it into a delightful subdivision.

I'm very proud of the finished homes, even though we have received no financial gain from it whatsoever and ended up in the bankruptcy court.

I would not wish anyone in this world to have to live through the nightmarish experiences and events we suffered, generally caused by inaccurate legal agreements and bad advice given to us by a selection of California's lawyers.
